• All of these feelings and promises to yourself can be connected with anger. If you find yourself experiencing these feelings, you may benefit from education in Anger Management.

• My Anger Management group combines psychoeducational and group counseling experiences so that you may learn about your anger while processing your experiences in a small group format.

• I offer a variety of group options, with groups on four Saturdays, twelve Wednesdays, and a 1-day Saturday intensive.

• FREE UNDERSTANDING ANGER workshops are offered every 3-4 months.

The Winter Anger Management group will begin on Wednesday, February 8, 2012

Group will meet for twelve Wednesdays, over a 13-14 week period.

Meeting time is 7:00-8:30 p.m.

Cost: $40/week, or $400 total purchased in advance as a series(an $80 savings)

$160 non-refundable deposit required to reserve space (Deposit is applied to cost of group)

This workshop is a brief introduction to the information covered in the Anger Management group. Feel free to come learn about anger, your own, or to try to better understand and angry person in your life. You will receive a packet of information on anger, as well as resources for victims of domestic violence.

Come by yourself, or with a friend or significant other.

No children, please. Drop-ins welcome.
